Accommodation at Monson Arts
Artists are housed in newly renovated homes throughout town all located within a half mile of each other and the studios. Each artist has a private bedroom in a fully furnished home sharing the house with 1 or 2 other residents. Many of these homes were built in the height of the slate mining period between 1860-1890. They have been updated with modern kitchens, heating and excellent insulation to get through the cold winters. Kitchens are stocked with basic equipment, including a coffee maker. Linens and towels are provided, and each house has a washer and dryer inside.
