Accommodation at Monson Arts

Artists are housed in newly renovated homes throughout town all located within a half mile of each other and the studios. Each artist has a private bedroom in a fully furnished home sharing the house with 1 or 2 other residents. Many of these homes were built in the height of the slate mining period between 1860-1890. They have been updated with modern kitchens, heating and excellent insulation to get through the cold winters. Kitchens are stocked with basic equipment, including a coffee maker. Linens and towels are provided, and each house has a washer and dryer inside.

Housing Specifics

Living and dining rooms provide ample space to relax outside of your studios and have others over for meals or entertainment.

One available house has a fully wheelchair accessible first floor. Another has all of your housing needs on the first floor with 3 steps into the front door.

Each house has a private driveway, for off street parking.

Our campus is non-smoking and no pets are allowed.
